Refund & Cancellation Policy

TithiSeva, a brand of White Wrenn Services Private Limited, sells digital reports and informational services. Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.

Digital Reports — Kundali, Horoscope & Numerology

All reports (Kundali + Horoscope Basic, Kundali + Horoscope Comprehensive, Numerology Report) are:

Exception — Non-delivery: If you have completed payment but have not received your report within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at support@tithiseva.com with your order ID. We will investigate and either re-deliver the report or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Exception — Technical error: If the report you receive is blank, corrupted, or clearly does not match the details you submitted, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will regenerate and re-deliver your report at no charge.

Important Note on Report Accuracy

Astrological and numerological reports are based on traditional interpretive systems. If you are dissatisfied with the content, predictions, or interpretations in your report — this is not grounds for a refund. We have clearly stated on our platform that such content is for general informational and educational purposes and is subject to individual interpretation.

We encourage you to review the "What's included" section on each product page before purchasing.

Incorrect Birth Details

The quality and relevance of your report depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth details you provide (date, time, and place of birth). If you realise you submitted incorrect details before the report is delivered, contact us immediately. We will attempt to regenerate the report with the correct details.

Once a report has been generated and delivered using the details you submitted, we are unable to offer a refund or free regeneration due to input errors on your part.

Payment Failures

If your payment was deducted but your order was not confirmed, please contact us at support@tithiseva.com with your payment reference or bank transaction ID. We will verify and either confirm your order or process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
