Once payment is confirmed, your report is generated and delivered to you in two ways simultaneously:

If you still cannot access your report, email us at support@tithiseva.com with your order ID (shown on the confirmation page) within 24 hours. We will re-send your report promptly.
Our reports are delivered via standard email. We recommend adding support@tithiseva.com to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure delivery. We have tested delivery to Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook, and most major Indian providers including Rediffmail.
All reports are delivered as PDF files, readable on any device — mobile, tablet, or desktop. No special software is required; most smartphones and computers open PDF files natively.
TithiSeva does not offer physical delivery of any product in any form. All products listed on our platform are digital services. If you were expecting a physical product, please contact us — it is possible an order was placed in error and we will assist accordingly.
